EUR pallet
1200 × 800 mm
- Use
- The standard in European road transport and warehousing. A MEGA trailer takes up to 812 empty pallets interlocked, or 33 loaded pallets in a single layer.
Industrial pallet
1200 × 1000 mm
- Use
- Larger and heavier loads: chemicals, building materials, goods in sacks and drums.
Half pallet
800 × 600 mm
- Use
- Lighter loads, retail distribution and in-store display. Two half pallets take the space of one EUR pallet.

We do not publish catalogue load capacities: we design the pallet (boards, blocks, spacing) around your load and how it is stored.
Export pallets
ISPM 15: pallets for shipments outside the EU
ISPM 15 is the international standard for wooden packaging in foreign trade. It prevents wood pests from spreading between countries.
Heat treatment (HT) and IPPC marking in line with ISPM 15: available on request.
Heat treatment (HT)
The wood is heated until its core reaches at least 56°C for a minimum of 30 minutes.
IPPC mark on the pallet
Each pallet carries a permanent mark with the country code, producer number and treatment method.
When it is required
When shipping goods on pallets to many countries outside the EU, including the USA, Canada, China, Australia and the United Kingdom. It is usually not needed within the EU.

How many pallets fit on a trailer?
Choose a pallet, a loading method and a vehicle. The calculator counts the stacks on the floor and the pallets per stack, and shows the layout from above.

Standard trailer 13.6 m, floor 13.60 × 2.45 m, height 3.00 m. 28 stacks of 29: the first pallet flat, the rest interlocked in pairs (one pair = 188 mm). Stack height 2.78 m.
The result includes 5 cm of clearance on length, width and height. The actual load also depends on the weight of the goods, permitted axle loads and the loading method.

Questions about wooden pallets
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is a full truckload or a quantity agreed individually. We handle one-off deliveries and long-term contracts with a delivery schedule.
How quickly will I get a quote?

What is the difference between a one-way pallet and a EUR pallet?
A one-way pallet has a lighter design matched to a specific load and is meant for one-way shipments. A EUR pallet has a standard size of 1200 × 800 mm and a design built for repeated use.
How many EUR pallets fit on a trailer?
A MEGA trailer (3.00 m interior height) takes 660 empty EUR pallets stacked flat (33 stacks of 20) or 812 interlocked (28 stacks of 29). Interlocked loading gives the lowest transport cost per pallet. Loaded pallets in a single layer: 33. Use the calculator on this page for other pallets and trailer heights.
Do you supply ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets?
Yes, on request. Select heat treatment (HT) and IPPC marking in line with ISPM 15 in the quote form.
