Industrial pallet

Half pallet

Use: Lighter loads, retail distribution and in-store display. Two half pallets take the space of one EUR pallet.

Custom pallets in 3 steps
An unusual load does not have to mean a compromise. We design the pallet around the size and weight of your goods, and you approve a technical drawing before the order goes ahead.
Step 1: Send your dimensions
Length, width, load and quantity. You can also send a photo of the load or your own drawing.
Step 2: Get a drawing and a quote
We prepare a technical drawing of the pallet with the dimensions of every component and a quote within 24 hours.
Step 3: Approve, we deliver
Once approved, we fulfil the order and deliver the pallets to your address.

How many pallets fit on a trailer?
Choose a pallet, a loading method and a vehicle. The calculator counts the stacks on the floor and the pallets per stack, and shows the layout from above.

Standard trailer 13.6 m, floor 13.60 × 2.45 m, height 3.00 m. 28 stacks of 29: the first pallet flat, the rest interlocked in pairs (one pair = 188 mm). Stack height 2.78 m.
The result includes 5 cm of clearance on length, width and height. The actual load also depends on the weight of the goods, permitted axle loads and the loading method.

Frequently asked questions about pallets
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is a full truckload or a quantity agreed individually. We handle one-off deliveries and long-term contracts with a delivery schedule.
Do you supply ISPM 15 pallets for export?
Yes, on request. Select heat treatment (HT) and IPPC marking in line with ISPM 15 in the quote form.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We reply to enquiries within 6 business hours. For custom pallets we prepare the technical drawing and quote within 24 hours.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
Yes, we deliver pallets across Europe. Tell us where you need them and we will quote the delivery date and transport cost.
Can I order a pallet to my own drawing?
Yes. Choose “Custom pallets and crates” in the quote form and enter the dimensions. If you have a drawing or a photo of the load, send it with your enquiry or to [email protected].
Do you have a licence for EUR pallets?
Yes, we hold UIC/EUR licences. The EUR pallet 1200 × 800 mm is our most frequently ordered size.
